Ice Skating

We took Grace ice skating for the first time this weekend.  Let's just say that I don't think we have the next olympian on our hands.  We all had a blast though and that's what counts.  Pics below...

Nice to see you in the pictures.

I never liked those "walker" things they teach them with. I know they're supposed to learn to fall down and all of that, but our daughter used to push a plastic milk crate around and that gave her a lot more confidence-she'd put her fingers in the holes and her feet couldn't go out from under her because the crate was in the way. By the time she took lessons with the "walker" thing, she was steady on her feet and confident.

Glad you had a good time; it is all that matters.

Cute as a button - no matter the skill level :) Having all that fun is the best take-away.

By the way, didn't know if you'd heard, but MaryAnn Esposito of "Ciao Italia" on PBS did a show called "Fiesta" (episode 2015?) about Tripolis and another local bakery. Should be coming up soon. My mom is all excited - she finally got a dvr so now she can record it :) Thought you might like to know. Since they ARE the best cannolis on the entire east coast. :)
