Quick thinking with the soap!!!

LizAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19420283.post-539941197448562632009-05-02T12:20:00.000-04:002009-05-02T12:20:00.000-04:00OMG...that happened to Lindsay once too. I know ho...OMG...that happened to Lindsay once too. I know how you feel, it was awful to see her like that and then she was bruised afterwards as well. I wish I thought of the soap! We had to move Lindsay to a toddler bed shortly after because she got it caught a second time.

Always keep in mind that if you can get through a moment like that you can get through anything. I faint at the sight of blood but somehow as a mom have managed to brace myself and endure watching my little girl get stiches, a cast, a spinal tap...somehow I have survived and so has she, but nonetheless each time has been a nightmare. It's so hard to watch your child in any type of pain.
I'm so glad Gracie is alright.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08734172788476301857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19420283.post-15026163395138582512009-05-01T23:19:00.000-04:002009-05-01T23:19:00.000-04:00Oh poor kid! I guess these things happen, and traumatize us all (even if we are only reading about it!).. But, truth be told, we will be laughing about it one day.. like the day it happens to another one of your children... Okay, Mommy and Daddy you can now take in a deep breath, count to ten, and let out a big sigh of relief - then go have a glass of wine to take the edge off and calm your nerves!!! Of course after Miss Grace is asleep!!!Janhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15746034145215408368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19420283.post-56174792378586845732009-04-30T19:41:00.000-04:002009-04-30T19:41:00.000-04:00Oh, pooor baby girl! My two boys used to stick their legs in on purpose - across the room trying to reach each other and they'd get stuck and giggle at each other.
